John Percival

Managing Director

John is the Founding Director of Newave Music & Arts and has worked in the arts and education sector for over 15 years. As a music specialists and guitarist of 27 years, John often leads thematic arts experiences in primary and secondary schools as well as advising and supporting schools and educational partners to embed creativity into the heart of their practice.

Kelly Percival

Director Music & EYFS

Kelly has been working in the education sector for over 15 years. She is responsible for supporting the management and development of Newave staff as well as running Newave’s subsidy company ‘Sing n Jam‘. As an specialist in Early Years and Music, Kelly is on the front line of delivery and can be seen delivering weekly sessions to students of all ages.

Gemma Latty

Business Manager

Gemma has a BA (hons) in Jewellery and has worked in arts administration for over 12 years. Prior to working with Newave Education, Gemma was Exhibitions Coordinator at the British Council, organising and delivering high profile exhibitions with artists including Anish Kapoor, Jeremy Deller, Sarah Lucas and Steve McQueen.

Tara Poole

Team Leader & Dance Tutor

Tara has a BA in Drama and Theatre Studies with Dance Foundation and an MA by Research in Performance and Philosophy. She is responsible for leading weekly dance sessions at Ingestre Hall as well as supporting with the management of our team of Creative Facilitators, who deliver on behalf of Newave Arts.

Felix Pepler

Associate Consultant

As Head of Centre at Ingestre Hall, Felix is committed to ensuring Children & young People have access to the high quality residential learning, working closely with his team of professional artist educators and centre support staff to ensure all visitors engage in ‘meaningful, unique and exciting arts activities and experiences that provide lifelong and transformational creative learning outcomes.

Steph Owen

Associate Consultant

Steph is Newave’s Associate Consultant responsible for supporting with the quality monitoring and practitioner development. As a part time member of staff, Steph splits her time between Newave and managing the British Police Symphony Orchestra.
